Never gives alert for my location – Tornado: American Red Cross Review

I can't even contact through contact us. I get alerts for everywhere except the county I reside in. It has my location correct, however it cannot send me alerts for my area. Everyday we have severe weather it will send me alerts for completely different county. Before you say your county may be listed further in the alert, it is not. I have taken multiple screen shots to send to the developer as proof but Tried to let the developer know my using the contact us and the "send" option is disabled. Which tells me they are aware there is an issue and do not care to resolve that issue.
