Delete App, REinstall – Tornado: American Red Cross Review

I too had not had any alerts of any kind for several weeks. Just like other apps that stop functioning occasionally, if you uninstall and delete it, when you reinstall it is with all the new bug fixes included, instead of trying to fix an app you have already. This should help, I know with the latest apple ios I have had to do this to a few more than is normal recently. I also downloaded the Red Cross "Emergency" app as well for a backup to this one.
