I love it. I have 2 autistic children and they enjoy it vey much. It makes me feel so good to see that they are learning and enjoying it

I purchased the lifetime membership in 2015 and recently, my account has disappeared within Agnitus. I've emailed customer service multiple times over the last month and tried their customer service site to no response. Such a shame to spend so much for lifetime access for my 2 kids to not be able to use it. Apparently once Agnitus has your $ they don't care about customer service.

We paid full price for this app before it became leaseware. Now the app is locked, and we have nothing to show for our purchase price. Customer service is not accessible because we are not current leasers. There is another version of this app with a full purchase price, but we have no access to it unless we buy it also - but I do not trust it seeing how we were burned on this one...

Okay so it's been a few months now and nothing is fixed. Deleting this app and never recommending it to anyone ever again. I seriously better not continue to be charged for this. New current update: still didn't fix the white screen of death. Still crashing right when opening. Would love for this to get fixed soon.... Older version: Really guys? Getting the white screen of death again when trying to open the app....... I believe we went through this similar scenario a few updates ago. My son loves this app and it really is great except when this happens and we can no longer play it while simultaneously paying for it. I would give five stars if this problem can be fixed quickly. Last time this happened we had to wait months for another update until we could use this app again.

I paid for lifetime subscription, and it used to work great then it started crashing or does't launch whenever my daughter tries to open the app. I uninstall and coudn't download it back anymore...
