The application used to work but has been crashing to the point of being unusable. I would have uninstalled it if I hadn't paid for it. Kids are really frustrated with this one. Please fix. We have an ipad2.

Sine I bought the monthly subscription a year or so ago, it seems we have more issues than not with this app. I have even cancelled it before because it only works less than half the time. When it does work, my children can learn from it, but it hardly does. Please fix the latest versions, plus make them better. I can't even open the app. Just white screen then crash. Please fix.

My daughter has used this app for a couple of years, the most recent update won't even let her open the app to play. It just turns white and closes. What's the point of pay for her to use the app if it doesn't open?

I paid for the full version of this app & now it won't even open. When my son presses it to open, screen turns white & app just closes. Seriously? Paid a lot of money for this so I expect to get my money's worth BY USING IT which we can no longer do, fix this immediately!
