Buyer beware – TopIQ Academy: Math & Reading Games for Kids Review

I purchased the lifetime membership in 2015 and recently, my account has disappeared within Agnitus. I've emailed customer service multiple times over the last month and tried their customer service site to no response. Such a shame to spend so much for lifetime access for my 2 kids to not be able to use it. Apparently once Agnitus has your $ they don't care about customer service.
