Inverse the last three months I have contacted customer service three different times and explained that I needed to have the account reset. We still do not have access to the account and the last two times no one has even taken the time to reply.

I do love the activities but I’ve been having technical issues getting my iPads to sync with the computer so I can print reports. I have emailed numerous times. No one ever responds. I also have questions about slowing some of the activities down for my special ed kiddos. Again no response! Maybe if someone actually reads these reviews they will finally contact me.

We purchased an annual subscription and stopped working after a month. I contacted tech support and told me I do not have a paid account. WTH?? Stay away from this app and find something better. Trying to get a hold of apple for a refund.

I paid for a lifetime subscription years ago only to find out they were still charging me. Tried to contact them and they won't return my email. Now I cannot even sign on. My kids are very disappointed.
