Does not launch – TopIQ Academy: Math & Reading Games for Kids Review

I paid for the full version of this app & now it won't even open. When my son presses it to open, screen turns white & app just closes. Seriously? Paid a lot of money for this so I expect to get my money's worth BY USING IT which we can no longer do, fix this immediately!
