Unresponsive customer service – TopIQ Academy: Math & Reading Games for Kids Review

I do love the activities but I’ve been having technical issues getting my iPads to sync with the computer so I can print reports. I have emailed numerous times. No one ever responds. I also have questions about slowing some of the activities down for my special ed kiddos. Again no response! Maybe if someone actually reads these reviews they will finally contact me.
