I love this app, especially as a teacher it gives such amazing data and the kids love playing it, I really wish that they would continue working on their promised updates and curriculum. Unfortunately it seems as though this game has been abandoned :(

I purchased this a few years back for my grandson. Our 2 year old loves it, but although i have purchase the annual membership it keeps on asking for it. I reset the whole thing, now it asks to sign in again, I dont remember the password, but when I ask to reset it it send me to the app download in Itunes. Then to add insult to injury, I seems that I need to have online sync mode active in order to log in...but guess what I cant not even do that. Sorry, I love, love the app, but it seems that no one it caring for it at the tech end.

We paid full price for this app before it became leaseware. Now the app is locked, and we have nothing to show for our purchase price. Customer service is not accessible because we are not current leasers. There is another version of this app with a full purchase price, but we have no access to it unless we buy it also - but I do not trust it seeing how we were burned on this one...

Please update this game!

My kids love this game but it seems as though it was abandoned. I can’t even sign in on another device. I’m afraid to lose my lifetime membership if anything were to happen to my iPad. Please please please update!

I played this game a lot when i was little And I decided to revisit it. And boy, it still was the same except for one update and i was surprise it wasn’t even taken off the App Store like with all the other games I used to play. (I wish I could revisit them too lol) but now it cost money. We still have the old IPad that we played it on and since it didnt update im pretty sure we didnt have to pay for it All the other games that were taken off the app store that we played are still on the ipad (the IPad hasnt been played in over a decade)

I purchased this app a few years ago and my child enjoyed it. He was in kindergarten at the time. I discontinued my subscription about 2 years ago. Recently I received an email on a discounted price for the app so I thought I'd give it a try again because my son enjoyed it but he is now in 3rd grade. I wanted some educational games for him. So after purchasing a lifetime subscription for $53 I'm very very disappointed and upset. This app still has him playing pre-k games and curriculum. This app should go by the child's age on what curriculum and games he should be playing. I'm very unhappy because I just spent $53 for nothing.

I had paid them for a full year and the app wouldn’t let my child play any games kept us in locked mode. I tried contacting them and they do not reply or even refund your money. They play this game where the email fails to deliver, I had to contact Apple support to resolve the issue and they were great !. I would not recommend anyone to buy this app and waste their money. Very disappointed Agnitus team not a professional way to run a business!!!!
