App not working for 2 months already

ZERO STARS. App will not load, I already contacted customer support to let them know the app is not working saying “oh dear something went wrong” and they told me the problem was not with their app but with my device, I’ve never had problems with other apps not working. I did everything support suggested me to do and still didn’t work. I’m very disappointed because from all the negative reviews, I actually like the app. So you’re willing to lose a good customer for not fixing your app or my issue. Not that you guys probably care anyways. ??‍♀️

I’ve been on this site for about 9 months and it is what it is. Fun? Yes! Good products? Meh. Shipping time? Well, I live in Hawaii so I expect things to take a while but I expect the items to arrive. Sadly many, and I mean MANY item I’ve purchased have never arrived. In fact I’m waiting on 19 items that are way overdue. Customer service? Forget about it. You will get an answer from a BOT and it will be the same “answer” every time and it actually answers nothing. So here's the thing... I have spent a lot of cash. Seriously, everything from computers to swords to electronics. Again, it’s fun. But only when your products arrive. Currently I am waiting on 19 items. I’ll spell that out for the BOT to respond to, nineteen items, some of which tell me have been delivered but they haven’t. What does Tophatter do? They extend deadline after deadline while you sit and wait for Tophatter to return your money (in credit most of the time of course). Tracking the package? Now that would be a great idea! But, Tophatter blames whatever Chinese shipping company for the confusion and delay even though the items purchased were through them. Here is a list of vendors that I have bought from through Tophatter that have never arrived. The majority of them o have yet to be refunded for. They are: outdoor knife, Top-QRzhon, Art C, NOVO, Toless, YUN-IT, Nana Go, hquy5, lailai001, swift02, houjiao5(swift02), Kieley Martin, fashion store, Clear Crystal, joye, LINNA, US Pride, Icat and Kisdkingdom. What a list, huh? So buyer beware

Here are just a few things that you will run into on this site, 1. Half the stuff you order will be junk 2. You won’t get the stuff you order, they will tell you it’s been delivered, but it won’t be, scammers. 3. The promo stuff they use to get you to bid is a joke, the card thing they got now, 5$ cards were 800 points, now they are 1600 points, and the rest of them jumped, a couple of times I might add. 4. If you do manage to get something for a 1$, the seller will more than likely cancel the order, because you only paid a 1$, I can’t tell you how many times this has happened, so don’t expect a lot of 1$ stuff. 5. A lot of the items are not tracked, and just never show up, now they will give you credit for it, but I’ve noticed that seller’s tend to not ship when you use credit, stuff either doesn’t show up or they cancel. 6. A lot of the reviews are fake, as well as accounts, I’ve taken screenshots of accounts using the same photo but different names and states, on the profile, lots of bid padding going on. 7. I test a lot of these sites, I stay on and watch to see repeating patterns, or suspicious things going on, and this site is full of suspicious activity, remember this stuff comes from China, so buyer beware. And if you are using This site watch who your buying from, pay attention to the seller’s, if a seller keeps canceling or not delivering items, report them, file a complete, write a review, ( not that I’m sure it helps,) and remember the photos are not always true, they use a lot of photos from other more reputable companies, and you get the cheap Chinese knock offs. 8. The one redeeming quality this site has, is not all the seller’s are con artists, some are actually trying to do a proper business. Now the items are still cheap, but some do look nice, but don’t over pay for this stuff, I’ve noticed a lot of people buying jewelry for 10$, 20$, or more, even 5$ is to much, this is cheap stuff, and the 925 silver, lol, is very thin on top of copper or metal, it will wear quickly, and if they can sell it to me for 1.99$ on there web site, why are you paying 10$ for it, don’t get bidders fever, your not getting a deal.

Cant use app!!

Whenever I click on my tophatter app to go on it I get a page that pops up that’s says “oh dear, something went wrong” with a button to click to retry but it is doing nothing. It has been doing this for days. Please I need assistance to fix this.

You never get what you pay for!

It’s amazing that I fell into this crap! If it’s too good to be true, it really is. If you buy from a overseas seller, you’ll have two options, wait at least 8 weeks for your item or you will not get it at all! You can contact Tophatter and their so-called experts, but all that does is even give the seller more time, and you still won’t receive it. They BS you and try to make it seem like they are trying to help, but they don’t care, they got their cut! The American seller are really good, but when you see a seller say that shipping takes 6 months, do they think we are that dumb? Hey, you might like it if you like buying stuff with the quality of a claw machine, but at least you know if you are getting what you paid for. I have bought over 60 items in 3-4 months and have received only 25% of them, oh and also, if the USPS delivers your package to the wrong address, guess who loses their money, it’s not Tophatter or the seller. Just remember, you have a choice, anywhere is better than here though!

ZERO STARS PLEASE BE AWARE TOPHATTER ARE SCAMMERS.....I CLEARLY HAVE A BANK STATEMENT SHOWING ME PAYING FOR ITEMS OFF TOPHATTER ONLY FOR TOPHATTER TO TELL ME NOR ONLY HAVE I NEVER WON A BID BUT THAT I HAVE BEEN A MEMEBER SINCE 2015 WHICH IS ALSO FALSE. I LITERALLY MADE THE ACCOUNT LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AGO. NO NEED TO CALL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE ONE NUMBER DOESN’T WORK AND THE OTHER WILL NOT LET YOU GO THRU IT JUST KEEPS REPEATING THE PROMPT UNTIL IT HANGS ON YOU. SCAMMERS

Almost everything I have purchased on here has been crap. The clothing is flimsy and never looks like the photos. The jewelry flakes and leaves sparkles all over you. I end up removing the app in frustration only to see interesting things on the ads and hooking it back up, only to be let down again.

Thrill is great until they hold your money without providing a product.

I paid for a watch that I have yet to receive. Item was supposed to be shipped in February. Can’t contact support and I am passed my 60 days... turns out they can make you wait 180 days before giving you a refund. I won’t dare spend any more money on this app. To add insult to injury I have been given a credit instead of the money being returned to my account. They emailed me to contact the developer but you cannot hit send on the submit button for contacting them. Be aware this is for their protection. Not the consumer!
