I use the Tom Thumb app weekly to keep track on sales and add coupon savings onto my Rewards card. However, the latest app update has made me unable to log in onto my account and I double checked that I’m using the correct email and password info. Please help resolve this issue as quickly as possible, Thank You Kindly ?

I’ve tried three times on different devices to place an order and add promo codes and can’t ever get this app to work. It’s a waste of my time to select my groceries and be unable to complete the order.

Your food items are divided into groups such as produce, meat but then there is no rhyme or reason after that. Alphabetical after that please. You list some items by oz, GM . Be consistent. Use metric or standard measures so I can compare if I am looking at the shelf to see if it is the correct item. It seems as if you don’t really want the customer to figure out the best value.

Reward Card in Wallet

Now that Tom Thumb accepts Apple Pay at the store terminals, the app needs to be able to store the loyaty (Reward) card in the Wallet.

Great app for finding deals and creating shopping lists. Just updated today (3/9/18) and the app won’t sync offers. Not so hot of an update

Almost every item on my just4U doesn't come up on the cash register and I have to show each item from my list and my phone to get credit. Even then, I am not credited with all because the cashier doesn't catch everything. What is the purpose if it doesn't show up? I'm so frustrated and have talked to management and they tell me they fixed it. But, still have to work to get the discount. What's the problem? Why do you offer this and then not honor it?
