Horrible app that doesn’t work

Either they have to fix the app or Apple needs to remove it from the App Store what’s the point of have this app if it’s never gonna work

I’m Already a NJ E-ZPASS Customer. Just became Newly enrolling with NY E-ZPASS Hope this is a Good Thing.
Payment issue

There appears to be an issue on the app when it comes to making a payment. Every time I make a payment I get a server error and the funds are pending in my bank account then revert back. Have to pay via phone system now to insure payments actually go through making this app pointless to me.

The App is always experiencing some kind of problem or glitch. Better to go online and handle your business. The app - no good.

Constantly says can’t communicate. Update. Logging in and out fixes the issue but have to log in and out every time I want to use the app.
