Auto pay not working

I have the account set up for auto pay and it let my account go into negative when I have a threshold set and it’s supposed to auto add it on ? I had to manually add funds ???

Received my fist and only bill from ezpass with a late charge attached . After calling on Friday to dispute the late fee , was disconnected after half hour on hold . Way to go dems , gouge us a little more .

I have been getting a “backoffice error” for weeks now.

I tried to top up my ezpass account through the TollsNY mobile app. I tried the first time it didn't work out so I tried 3 times it was always the same. I just checked my bank account and I see that I have been charged for it.
