Does not work 95% of the time

With errors like “The backoffice system is unreachable. Please try again in a few minutes. Code 5255 And there you have it a useless app.
App doesn’t work

So far, every time I try and use this app it fails to connect with NY EZPASS. I have to instead go onto their website to take care of my account. The link to the developer site goes to the NY web page. No place to submit a request for support. Because the app is free apple doesn’t accept submissions either.

For years I used the website to check my account status, which it’s not a big problem, but with this app everything it’s easier and faster. I can navigate through the options and account with no confusions at all.

Cannot connect to Backoffice System

App is completely inoperable because it cannot connect to the backoffice system! Soooo useless!
“Easy to Use” but error codes galore!

It seems to be an “easy to use” method to pay your toll, but I tried to access the app itself multiple times & received error codes & down messages. Additionally, when I finally was able to get on, there were a number of red error messages that required me to double back and re-enter the same information repeatedly. Grateful there’s a remote way to pay, but frustrated that NYS couldn’t build a better functioning app.
