This is the worst app ever. I’ve had an ez pass for every vehicle I’ve owned and somehow i always get locked out and have violations. When i try to pay it won’t allow me. I get email that my account is done when I’m on recurring payments, when i try to log in my account is temporary locked. I call the 800 number i can never speak to anyone. But then they say to do everything on line or on the app and NOTHING works. And it’s ridiculous cause i need this service.

The bill from the toll on 7/18 was discussed on the phone on 12/9. During the discussion, I was told the amount was reduced to $0.18. I went onto this I phone app on that day and the app showed a 0.0 balance. Today I received a “violation fee” of $50. This is ridiculous and should be illegal.

Never never works, i have been trying to use this app for weeks and always appears this text The backoffice system is unreachable please try again in few minutes IS BEEN WEEKS NOT MINUTES THAT I AM WAITING AND NOTHING JUST A NOT PROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT KEEPS THIS APP

Received a violation fee for a toll. I been trying to pay my regular toll bill since October 2021 and every single week. Now I get a violation for an error code 6206 every time I try to pay. Then I been trying to call for weeks only to never receive call backs or be on the line for over 2 hours and give up.
