Just found out Wunderlist is going away in May. I’ve used it daily for years so looked for something that could replace it. Todoist is just a wonderful replacement. I love the interface and all the cool features of the app!
subscription for reminders and broken watch app

natural language parsing is great (even “someday” works), but the free version doesn’t get reminders and the watch app has a fatal flaw where it lets you complete tasks multiple times

I’ve tried just about every other to-do app and nothing does it all like this app. Worth the money for the pro version.

It does help that it integrates seamlessly across operating systems and with other apps, especially Google calendar! I use Apple, MS, and android devices. It is that versatile!!!

Mostly there but takes practice to learn the best utilization. Some features feel redundant but that may just be because I’m using it working in sales, not project management. Integration with google calendar is great. My only wish is to have the ability to add times to tasks that only have scheduled days. Google calendar displays tasks with no time assigned as all day events. Being able to drag them from all day to open time slots would be a faster more visual way to get things done.

I run my life using Todoist. Everything that needs to be done gets put into this app. My favorite feature is the natural language processing. Instead of having to click through menus, I can write: “Get mail @errands tomorrow 5:30,” and Todoist will recognize the tag (@) and the time I typed. It is such a huge time saver and I’m so used to it I doubt I’ll use another to do list app ever again. I also love how tags, projects, and filters are handled. Recurring tasks are super useful. Once you get the hang of things, this is a really powerful app. But it can also do simple lists if you want small tasks done quickly.
