Serious problem for free users

Brendon Janku

I really like this app, i really do. But oh my god theres such a problem with it. How can i be reminded of something if I can’t even get a notification for it? I get that the app need some monetization but you can’t just take away a key feature of a “reminder”. If it were for that I’d just use the default reminder app or any other reminder app that has a subscription but doesn’t make half the app inaccessible behind the subscription. I really hope this gets removed as a premium feature as not everyone wants to pay for all the extra stuff in the subscription. I just want to get a notification like do I have to pay for that stuff nowadays too?

Poor sync with Alexa

This app is good when it works, I use it for a shopping list Amsterdam it doesn’t sync very well with my Alexa device and always thinks there are duplicates in my list. This is annoying and defeats the hands free convenience I was looking for.

Perfect!

I was really seeking a task manager app to help me manage housecleaning tasks. Some jobs are needed daily and some are tasks I try to do once every few weeks. This app lets me set up recurring jobs and it’s incredibly easy to use. I tried FOUR other apps before this one. It’s perfect.

Great app

Great app, and the devs were quick to fix a bug that broke one of its best features (the native language due dates/repeating tasks). Well worth the money.

I can’t trust this...

highly recommend

I discovered this app through reading a book. I love the configuration, scheduling and interface of the app. It so great the free features. I love it’s not pressuring you to eventually get a premium subscription. You gain several features for a great free cost.

Hands down the BEST for managing your life.

I seldom write reviews, but this app deserved it. I’ve been using this app for two years and the developers know what they are doing. I use the premium version and nothing slips past me now. I manage a very hectic work environment where last second tasking is the name of the game. With ToDoist, I easily manage projects, break down individual tasks, and never let a single item go unchecked. The organization behind this app is flawless. It’s not just amazing for work! I keep an active list of house projects, my fiancé and I keep our grocery list here so there’s never any “running back to the store.” If you have even the slightest trouble managing the day to day, the week to week, or want to project your finances for the next year, THIS app is for you! Thank you so much, ToDoist developers. You all helped me reign in the chaos of life.

Critical bug

preceeded by its quotation

One of my projects, nested under another project isn’t showing up at all in the mobile app. (It shows up just fine on the desktop and web versions). It’s as if the app doesn’t think that project or tasks exist, but they do. Otherwise 5 stars and will change my rating when fixed.

Best productivity app I’ve used

e_kaye_u

This app has the best features. Long-term products, daily to-dos, date/time feature for items, sub-tasks, and goals. Beautifully designed and my most used app. It has really changed my life (cheesy, but true); my productivity has significantly increased. Recommended to me by Love to Sew podcast, and I can’t say enough good things about it.

Best thing to keep track of your day

twilightcraft

I think it’s a good thing to get because it’s reminds you of what to do that day
