Superior to Remember the Milk. RTM requires you to pay for the Pro version to do sub tasks. Todoist gives subtasks to you for free.

I’m sorry I just can’t look at that color all the time. It’s not even complimented by aqua or anything, just cream. It’s like a late 70’s nightmare. Plus, I’m an Oklahoman, not a Texas fan. If I’m going to tackle a to do list, it better be pretty and fun cause I hate to do’s. Plus not user friendly.

I’m finding that things easily disappear if my finger accidentally touches the “done” circle on the left of the item - and it only gives you a few seconds to undo - otherwise it’s gone forever & if you didn’t get a good look at what it was then you’re not even sure what just disappeared. If I’m missing an option to correct this - please let me know - thanks

Have only had the app for 1-2 weeks and like it. Having added all my projects and steps in here I’m concerned about where the data is stored if anything happens to my phone etc. Based on IPhone Settings, Todoist App data does not appear to be going to my iCloud account.

This app is great, thanks it is still free, I can’t wait to reach my enlightenment level and then start paying for this masterpiece. Great work

I absolutely love using this app! It does so much and helps you to stay organized and focused. It works across all my devices-iPhone, iPad, Mac, PixelBook Go, and work PC. I highly recommend it!

This app was really good, I used it for all my planning, homework, hobbies and everything. I paid for the pro version, it’s been working fine. All of a sudden, it has logged out, and I don’t know if I had a signed in acc before. Now everything is gone, and I can’t get it back. If someone knows how please help. Also, it says that I paid for the premium, that I’m subscribed, but won’t let me use the features and tells me to upgrade?? And then it doesn’t let me upgrade cause I’m already subscribed?? This is absurd, I would be spouting tons of swear words rn, but I won’t, I’m done talking. Please help me out. This is too much. I’m really mad right now..

I love the simplicity, the hierarchy of tasks and the overall intuitive processes that this app implements. Every time I get seduced to go to another task manager app or productivity “gimmick” I end up going back to Todoist because of its straightforward and streamlined design.

It’s the backbone of my organized life. Always there. Easy to use. Enjoyable. And super effective at getting things in and then making since of how and when to get things done.
