Long-time user. Pros; appealing & clean design, simple lists for home stuff, more advanced control available for work projects. Works perfectly (Mac and iPhone). Cons: None. Highly recommended. It’s reliable. 2019.09

Over the years, I’ve tried many solutions for electronic task management. Keeping items in OneNote, more GTD oriented apps. And I keep coming back to ToDo. Sync works seamlessly. The lists are highly customizable but not overwhelming that you can’t just add a task simply. The integration with Siri is a big upgrade and the premium features of being able to email tasks right to your lists is also valuable. Getting the right version of the app rubbing can be confusing. For example, downloading ToDo for Mac from the App Store doesn’t give you the same version as the web site. Make sure you have the latest version running on all platforms for best experience!

This is a great app. I really like how the built it to support the GTD system. It works great. It syncs across all my devices. The best part is the ability to collaborate and share tasks with others. The free version has all the features you need for personal use, and the reasonably priced paid version is well worth the cost for the additional features.

Having looked at several different to-do type apps, I settled on this one for a few reasons, but the big one being that several people had reviewed it as being a great ‘cross-platform’ tool. I use this on my iPhone, iPad, AND my MacBook nearly daily, and I’m quite happy with it. The one negative I would note is that when using the web version on my MacBook, there seems to be no option to keep the passwords masked as can be done when using the iPhone version.

This is a great app. Helps keep me organized. I have many lists and sublists under various topics.

I’d about given up on ToDo but it’s gradually improving. Many editing bugs fixed by app or iOS fixes. Sync more reliable. I tried several excellent competitors but this had best blend of platform, features, web version, price. I would like better handling of my completed tasks. No problem recommending now

This is likely the best productivity app I’ve used, however there are still things I miss from some of the other apps. I am really hoping that Appigo is able to continue to evolve the ToDo app to include these features. Things that I miss from other apps include iWatch App, Time of Day Setting (Morning, Afternoon, Night) , Ability to link to iOS contacts to add phone, email to tasks, Productivity Tracking or Scoring and Streak Tracking and Sync with Outlook.
