I've been using a PC-based task manager for 20+ years and love it except for one thing: the ease of synching to a mobile device. Quite a while ago, I was very pleased when this application started supporting synch to a Palm Pilot (and we know how that eventually worked out). Ever since the demise of PalmOS, I've tried many synch methods (always starting with a synch to Outlook), but the process was too time-consuming and error-prone. I started using this app a couple of years ago (again syncing via Outlook), but quickly tired of the complications from synching. Then about a year ago I decided that I would use the PC app as a task manager for work items only, and use this app to track all my other tasks. Unexpectedly, this turned out to be a very workable solution for me. I can now track my personal tasks with sufficient granularity, but now with a touch screen interface. My favorite feature is the ability to add tasks by voice through the Reminder app. This saves me an incredible amount of time (and removes any excuse for not adding tasks to my list). Other reviewers have complained about the price of this app, but I don't agree. This is clearly a case of "you get what you pay for" and I have no problem whatsoever paying more money for this level of functionality. Highly recommended!!

Time to move on. Although I’ve been very happy with ToDo, albeit dealing with ongoing sync errors, it’s time to move on. For over 3 years I, like other reviewers have been requesting integration with other SaaS platforms (Slack) like other more powerful todo lists. Seeing it’s on the backlog and has not moved in 3 years. It’s time to say goodbye todo. Hello todo???

Disappointing updates and support

I am a long-time Appigo Todo user. I can’t remember the exact date I started using it, but it was among the first Task apps I downloaded when I got an iPhone and that was Dec 2009. So it’s going on 10 years of use. I’ve always loved this app - much more functionality and an intuitive interface that beats the others I tried. Much better than iOS Reminders because of the ability to make projects, checklists, etc. I’ve paid the $20/year for Todo Cloud sync since I can’t have my phone in the office and it seamlessly syncs with my iPad, iMac, iPhone, and any browser (from the office). Long story short, I’ve been happily using recommending this app to friends and family for years. So why 2 stars? The latest update and Apple Watch support. 1. The latest update on todo cloud interrupts you every few seconds to say the sync is complete. This invariably interrupts what I’m typing and is very frustrating. 2. They’ve promised an Apple Watch app/complication for YEARS. As in three years ago saying it will come out “very soon” with no follow up until a recent blog post saying it will come out “very soon”. What’s the deal? This is very frustrating to me. If they can fix these issues, it’s 5 stars again.
