I like the new version

not Mephistopheles

I used the original version for several years and then migrated to the new, cloud version. The transition was a bit difficult, but switching to something new is always difficult. The new version has more features, and the sync across platforms is extremely convenient. So, IMO, switching to the new version is a good idea. If you’ve never used the old version, then there’s no problem!

Great task list app

I’ve been using the various versions of this app on my phone, iPad and Mac for the past 5+ years. I am so happy with the product. It does everything I need for it to do as well as having features that may be good for others, but I don’t use. Highly recommended.

Best there is!!!

I’m a list maker junky and am always in search of the perfect todo list to keep track of all those tasks and projects. I’ve used the Appigo ToDO app for years and it is by far my favorite. I have it installed on my Mac, iPad, and phone. Like many others, I am rarely without my phone and this is really my go to device for capturing items that need to get done. It is also the device I will have with me when the reminder goes off. I’ve tried several other programs including OmniFocus (twice). I’ve found ToDo can pretty much accommodate any task or project I need to track. While some of the other apps are fully capable, they are less intuitive. I’ve devoted time to experiment with other products running 2 week tests while watching “how to” videos to master the other applications. I always come back to ToDo, why work harder with an app if you don’t have to? I have picked up a few management tips from watching other videos and best practice suggestions like a weekly review for projects. However, this is easily accomplished with a weekly review subtask with any of of your active projects. You just cant beat the simplicity of being able to copy existing checklists and projects in ToDo. I have a few projects with long lists of actions to be done that come back up, the projects have no planned repeat cycle. For these items, I create a Template Task with all the needed items and give it tag so it can be searched. I dont give the templates due dates and update the tittle and due date when copied. I couldn’t believe how complicated some other apps make this process. Can you believe that some very $$ apps do not even support this copy feature. Siri and email integration are also great tools and easy to use. Apple Watch support - check. Works like a charm. Need to log onto the web when without your device, that is covered too. I love this app.

ToDo Cloud-My Daily App Improved w/Updates

spalmo

Appigo is back recently with more focused and frequent updates which is been so long in the making. I live in this app on a daily basis and I am the person who requested the new percent completion bar graph for projects/checklists. Appigo listens to the user requests and is now actually putting them into the product. The app didn’t need much and still powerful as it was besides being the easiest to use so I’m just going to continue to supply feature requests to make an excellent product even better with little changes/enhancements which is useful for all. Just try it, download it, the app is fast and can handle personal and work related tasks without complicating the task management ease of use.

Appigo upgrade

I really like the indicator bars so that you can see what fraction of a list or project is complete.

Life Long User

I have been using this app for years through all of is changes and updates. Sometimes I love the changes and sometimes I hate them. Sometimes the updates don’t work right away but the bugs are quickly resolved. And normally I adapt to the changes in about a day or two. Suffices to say that my life would not function without this app keeping me on track. I will be a user for life.

Great for years.

Syncs well between iPad and iPhone. Siri integration good Great repeating stuff Also pops reminder at due time Runs my life

Key part of my daily work

I starting using Todo years ago because it was one of the few task managers that allowed you to base the next due date of a recurring event on the date of completion not the original due date. As time has gone on, I’ve made more and greater use of its wealth of features, from checklists to projects to location-based reminders. It’s now become an essential piece of my workflow at the office.

Useful

Best “To Do” app I’ve found. Comprehensive.

Nearly perfect

I really like a lot about this app. Flexibility and syncing across all devices are key. It’s not entirely intuitive but not too bad. Five stars if you change the color scheme or give choices.
