Of course this app is a complete throwaway. Why would Scientific Games provide a service that doesn't generate revenue? Most likely, this app exists to collect metrics on you and sell you more lottery tickets. Not to help you win. Why would they help you win after you bought a losing ticket? That's why they're a Fortune 500 company. I used to work for them, they know what they're doing. Just check your tickets at the corner store and keep your data private.

Great app until last update

The app won't open due to a "certificate invalid" error pop-up box since the last update. Please fix this!!!

I've used the VIP app a lot but now it won't load. It says the certificate is invalid and be pretending to be official site. I've deleted and reloaded but no luck! Can you help?

This used to be very helpful for scanning tickets until a few days ago when "certificate invalid" stopped the app from loading.

Camera function does not work

I have used this app for several months without issue. Tried to photograph bar code on scratch off ticket to submit but the camera comes up blank on scratch offs while working on a draw ticket . Such a shame it is not reliable anymore. Could be all the recent iOS updates or the app.wish this would get fixed.

Scanner function inoperative on iOS 10

In the current version of this app, the scanner is not transcribing the barcode information into the ticket number fields in iOS 10, making the app just about pointless. The lottery needs to update and remaster this app to return its rating to 5 stars

My aging grandpa tasked me with saving up enough points to buy from the original prize list, and when we were almost to the point we could get something we actually needed, you've changed the way prizes are gifted. Very disappointed, and he was heart broken that we spent years accumulating points.
