APP DOESNT WORK

This app used to work great, but now whenever I hit the menu screen it says “WEBPAGE COULD NOT LOAD. INTERNET CONNECTION APPEARS TO BE OFFLINE” ...which is not the case my connection is fine, the app is garbage.

There a previous reviewer that states it doesn’t work correctly but they are using it incorrectly. This is not the main app for finding out if your tickets are winners. If you want that, go back to the Tnlottery.com site and download that app. This is for the “play it again” games. There are two types of games (draw games and scratch offs) so make sure you’re entering the correct type for the screen you’re on. Also remember to click the consent checkbox, then you can scan your tickets in to your heart’s content. Have fun.

I’ve had this app for well over a two year and in the last couple of months it’s been really unstable. Tried deleting and reloading, hasn’t fixed the problem. After I log in the page goes completely white, but you can still see the home button at the bottom the rest of the screen is white. Then if your lucky after u hit home and you can get it to scan ur ticket you hit the enter button to take you to where you can enter for the different prizes with ur points, like I hit the one for the Ford truck then it said error. Never would take me to the screen where you actually enter how many times you want to enter (based on # of points) that particular drawing. So please work on this app it definitely has issues. No use to me except to scan my ticket, that’s all it’s good for.

Every time I log in I get a blank white page and nothing is coming up. I have been trying for a couple of days and still nothing. From reading the other problems it seems that I’ll wait until the problems are fixed.

This is the crappiest app I’ve ever used! The main screen is just a blank white screen of nothing! At the very bottom, you can click on the menu button which will pop up, but hardly either of the links work. I’ve tried to click on “Enter VIP Rewards” and it does ABSOLUTE NOTHING. The state of TN should hire someone to manage this app better than this. The only thing I’ve been able to do is scan my tickets to earn points. A lot of good the points do if I can’t even get to the page to use them! Fix your app, TN!

App used to be awesome but has since gone down hill! Seems to be really slow loading and home screen upon starting up doesn’t load anymore other than a white screen and when you do get to login screen you have to try several times to login before it takes. Also scanning tickets isn’t as efficient anymore as you have to scan 2-3 times before it reads the numbers!

UPDATE(11/21/18) the app got significantly better from 2016 review but now it is just awful. When I open I get a white screen. I have to click on yellow directional arrow just to get login to pop up. Scanning option has mind of its own. It will log me out out of nowhere and of course quit. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling that didn’t help. I’ve reached out to developers we will see. Because otherwise if thy fix I will come back and give it 4-5 stars. It’s usually convenient, easy to navigate, scans very well and better than having to key in each ticket. But if SOMETHING doesn’t give I’m just going to write off this app all together. UPDATE(1/11/16) DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS APP! I have reason to believe it is NOT working at will possibly not give you the points you deserve. I love this app in many ways. I currently have an iPhone 5 and I have ZERO problems scanning my non winner tickets. But right now and ever since TN LOTTERY people upgraded the app. I have trouble loggin in and TRUST me I know my login info. Also, one of the little Pop up's that has a button for Menu, Points, etc is out of place. Also, I think it would be a HUGE improvement to allow usernames and password logins to stay logged in for up to two weeks....
