App Stopped Working

Just went to open it and shows only a white screen with the menu tab. Didn't do any updates. Deleted and reinstalled and still not working.

The scan your ticket doesn't work and I've tried to find out why and there's nothing to help you. That's the biggest reason I got the app. Please fix

You can't scan the back of ticket. You have to scratch off the area on the front of the ticket where the 10 digit code is and scan that barcode.

The app is really nice and very convenient, the two star loss is only because of some room for improvement of course. When closing the application completely and reopening the user has to type in the password every time. Perhaps remember the password as well or use the Touch ID apple uses with most other applications such as online banking. Another is maybe clarify the info some within the application that the tickets when submitted are automatically submitted to play it again. Also the menu at the bottom could be possibly pesky to some users, but other than that great app looking forward to its improvements!

When you scan Powerball or Megamillions it does not show matching number nor can you click on it and see your ticket. You still have to look at your ticket and look for the results somewhere and see what matches. Why does the lottery tickets tell you to scan them here when it won't help you determine if you won anything!!! Now it gives an error and does not work at!!!!!!

Asks me for back of ticket number but there are not enough numbers. Scan says error each time. Doesn't do anything and is a waste of memory on my phone. Would love to just scan and see if I won anything but this is rubbish!

I scan my tickets and hit the summit button and it doesn't work so I'll wait for awhile try again it tells me this ticket has been scanned but it doesn't add my points !!!!! I don't like this app
