Not working anymore

on my iPhone, get the screen with gold background and pull up menu and can’t get it do respond On my iPad, only get a white screen Obviously, they’ve got substandard people running the app

I’ve been getting a blank white screen also when I go to log in, but if you the button on the bottom to log in, it will take you to the log in screen, but I wish you would fix it, and also fix it so we don’t have to log in every time we close the app, because it does get old logging in constantly.

I just downloaded this app. I was scanning tickets and it showed successful scanning. Then showed I had exceeded the number of attempts and to “try back in 12 hours.”
Doesn’t Work

I downloaded this app to scan TN Lottery tickets to see if I had a winner. When I scan the barcode it never reads it. If I manually enter the numbers it tells me all the blanks need to be filled in, even though they are. Maybe I’m doing it wrong, but if that’s the case it’s so non-intuitive that it is essentially unusable.

App is very unstable...... stuck on an error screen. Deleted and reinstall same issue. It responds slow and gets stuck quite a bit now you can’t scan tickets anymore

Please bring the store back I enter the drawing a lot only to not win you take time do the math I entered one drawing 100 times and it cost 50 points in a wild guess or actually do the math that’s over 2000 dollars or more in cash buying tickets it is not far not right make this fun again I enjoyed playing buying tickets even if I lose I know I could save enough to buy me something now I lose all a round

Had this app for a while now and now having problems scanning my tickets with my camera phone, I know that the camera phone works because I can scan other items on other apps, please provide updates because I delete the App and reinstalled it and the app still doesn’t work

The barcode scanner never works. I’ve yet to be able to check a ticket to see if it won. Don’t bother with this app.
