WARNING: DO NOT BUY. Game crashing loses saved progress

Update: (12/3/17): Their website support does not respond to any emails. Same issues still occur. I want a refund. Update: (11/8/17): Game continues to crash at the DotEmu vid intro, losing any last save with all progress, NOT the iCloud issue. I’m talking about LOCAL game saving. How often does it crash? 9/10 app launches. Warning: game is still unplayable. Don’t buy. Update (10/24/17): game will not delete or create characters anymore. Update (10/21/17):game continues to crash. Lost a level 12 character. Filled out a form for support on the devs’ website. Still no response. Since the game doesn’t save any more, it’s unplayable, despite having a device in the supported list. Can I get my money back? Update (10/15/17): I narrowed the loss of saved progress to when the app crashes at any point. This includes the app crashing when launching the game and tapping the intro (or not). When the game launches properly (even if tapping past the intro and movie), my saves are actually retained. However, if I made progress, launch the game, and it crashes on the intro or movie (which occurs frequently), I’ve lost the most recent save. If you all could remove the DotEmu intro and/or movie, or fix it to stop crashing constantly, you all will reduce the excessive crashing and progress will actually stay saved . Or even have a setting to disable the intro and movie, that would suffice. Bottom line: the saved progress is lost due to the game crashing; the DotEmu intro crashes constantly. Fix/remove/disable this, User progress staying saved will stay saved. Until then, the game (although an excellent game) is pointless to play, and don’t consider buying it with this major defect. iPad Air 2 Updated to iOS 11.0.3 App reinstalled; issue still occurs. Original Comment: Game freezes and crashes. I get set back hours worth of leveling, EVEN WHEN explicitly saving progress. Ex: was on the Eastern Silk Road, saved numerous times. Game freezes and crashes, re-launching the game starts me at the beginning of Babylon, down two levels. iPad Air 2 iOS 10.0.2

Does not work on Iphone 8 and X

First, the game is amazing. But after getting to level 7, I enter an area that keeps crashing. Which when lowering the graphics the problem was fixed. Ten minutes later, I went in a spider cave, no matter what I do, I crash at the same point, even with my lowered graphics on my brand new iphone x. I read that a few other people are having this issue with their new phones. I’m writing this message with the hope that one of the developers sees this and can fix it. Thanks.

Crashes and doesn't save progress

I've tried to play for two days, and have enjoyed the game. However, it randomly slogs to a halt, crashes, and it's a crap shoot what will happen. After two days, starting over twice due to deleted characters or lost progress, I just fired it up to see my level 8 (as of a few hrs ago) standing on the shore at the start at level 1 Fix the character losses, I'll leave the game loaded so I see an update come in, but it's not currently worth investing free time into as progress is not reliably kept.

I had Titan quest when it was on the PC and it was great. So when I saw it was available for my tablet I got super excited and then after downloading saw that other than the controls (for obvious reasons) the game was the same I was even more excited, but then I started playing. I can barely make it in between saving wells before the whole thing crashes and now I can't even get out of the intro cinematic before it crashes. I understand these games can be glitchy but at $8 per game that shouldn't happen. It's absolutely ridiculous that the same problem keep happening and since I've the game a few months now I've only seen 2 updates to fix the problem. And the one jacked up all the graphics so that's why the other came out. It's not as if you need to come up with updates to add levels and stuff to the game it's the same game and story as the PC version so all you need to do is keep what's there running properly. Smh just terrible, what a waste of money and a huge disappointment for a game I was really excited about.

Diablo like fun for iOS

Was looking for a Diablo like game and this one is really good. Large world, decent story line, lots of monsters, lots of loot. Defiantly worth the $ if you want that type of game play experience. I've played at least 30 hours so far, and the only bug I have run into is on iCloud saving. I emailed the company and they are aware of the issue. Hopefully a future version will have a fix, but for now just don't save to the cloud (I.e., save locally) and everything works fine.

I love this game. I play it for hours on end when I have free time. It crashes though a lot. It has saved some loot I found when I crashed but it has also lost some loot on me. If you fix the crashing issues and the fact that the control stick gets locked up and the frame rate issues we would have a perfect game here. Thanks guys. Update 7/11/16 still no fix for iCloud save. What they did didn't fix it. I cannot play on iPad and then carry it over to iPhone. Maybe make a save to iCloud feature and a load from iCloud feature. I would really like to see this fixed and the crashing. Then immortal throne and everything would be awesome. Lvl 60 oracle legendary difficulty battle Mage legendary set.

I keep losing levels and items every few crashes. Too discouraging after a while. Uninstalled the game to stop myself going nuts. Poor.

Crashes about once an hour...

The last fix was useful and made the game almost playable. The crashes that keep resetting everything happen about once an hour - which kills the fun. It gets worse as you go up in levels (i.e., epic level crashes are every 30 minutes). FIX THIS. Update (July 2016): Still crashes unacceptably often. Developers are NO HELP when the only response is that this app is a resource hog and to close everything else when you play the game. Even worse when their suggestion doesn't work...

Edit: bumped up to two stars, because although the frequency of crashes is completely unacceptable, the game is FUN!! This is the only modern iOS game that crashes for me. Sad, because otherwise it's great.

Great game, nice soundtrack, beautiful environment and skills system. Few crashes happen randomly but overall it's still a nice adaptation.
