Saved frequently. Opened game and went from level 11 to level 7. Lost ALL of my equipment and several hours of gameplay. Did not use Cloud save, just regular game saves. I’m done with this game after just one night. Why play when I’m going to chance losing all my gains every time I leave the game. I want my $ back.
Great but crashes

I love playing Diablo on the console and I wanted something along the same lines for my iPad. This is pretty close to Diablo. The only problem I am experiencing is when I save the game at certain points and close the game, then when I return to play to continue where I saved, it didn’t save. So I lose all the previous progress I had achieved before I manually saved it. If this problem could be fixed in the next update I would give this game 5 stars. But for now I think 3 stars is fair considering my dilemma.

Titan Quest is a game very similar to the Diablo series.....good graphics, reasonable game play, slightly finicky controls - all of which are acceptable in a game ported to the iOS pad. What isn’t acceptable is the often-failed boot-up process where the game hangs into a black screen or tosses you back to your pad’s home screen....and what’s worse, the refusal of the game to save progress adequately so that hours into the game, your character rebirths in Sparta, no matter how far you’ve progressed on the quest. After spending hours re-hashing (re-slashing?) ground already covered, I simply reached the end of my tolerance......and, yes, I was using the option of cloud saving: Didn’t make a bit of difference saving the game either way, still ended up back in Sparta at a significantly lower level than when the game was last saved. Bummer to say the least! Fix these problems, which shouldn’t be there in any case, and the rating will increase significantly

Game freezes and won’t load a lot. This game is great but if it won’t load half the time or freezes it is useless Please fix the freezing
Great game, but buggy

The game itself is outstanding and is a must-have for the price. However, the game is a bit buggy. The game tends to jump and get stuck every so often, and I had one frustrating experience with a character where it stopped saving my progress.
Amazing game... until my progress rolled back

Missed out on this gem of a game on PC a decade ago, but got hooked fast on iOS! Excellent execution, especially for a game that's using touch screen controls and wasn't designed that way. Plays smooth and responsive on my iPhone 8 Plus and 2017 iPad. BUT I lost several hours of game progress when trying to get my iCloud game save from my iPhone to iPad. It rolled be back 3 levels and several side quests on BOTH devices. Nothing kills a gaming experience faster than realizing that I get to re-do hours of progress just to get back to what was already accomplished and where I left off. Not cool. Don't attempt iCloud progress sync from iOS device to iOS device for this game. From what I researched (a little too late), might be best to NOT use iCloud backup at all and hope for the best.

Kinda like a cross of diablo and BattleHeart Legacy. Fun. Easy to pick up unlike some other in the genre. Edit 11/2017: This should be a 5 Star game. However, as of Nov 2017 I have had problems saving. I lost about 5 hours of advancement and thought it was a fluke. Then I lost another 5 hours. Very frustrating to take a game up to level 25 only to see it fall back to level 21 due to lost saves. Yes I have been manually “saving” often. I’m on an iPhone 7 Plus. Current I won’t play anymore as I am not excited to grind the same things I have now already done twice. I got my money’s worth from the game so I refuse to 1-Star it. Still, very frustrating to have to quit at this point. Oh well.
Do not buy for iPhone X or OS11!!!

Devs, please fix the cave crashes!! I am stuck at the Parnassus caves because the game crashes after like 1 minute in the cave. I have restarted multiple times, turned down the graphics and turned off all options. The caves are mandatory for the quests, so no-one should buy this for iPhone X or OS11 until this is fixed!!
Fun but annoying

Too often the controls stop working and I'm left standing there getting me butt kicked. Also, I just lost my saved character so all of those hours of play are lost along with the legendary items. Frustrating!! UPDATE: It happened again!! I lost 2 levels on my character and all the loot I collected. I pause and save constantly. F this game.
