I was an ecstatic early Tile user. Having had some brain glitches that lead to memory issues, among other things, my Tiles literally helped me feel more normal when I no longer had to be stuck at home, after being ready to head out the door, because my keys/wallet/med bag were in the pantry/linen closet/back of the van from putting them there when I grabbed groceries to bring in. My Tiles made such a difference that I continued to receive them as loving gifts... without heart to say that Tiles have been useless 60% of the time for at least a year and a half. My 8-pack birthday gift this year was so sweet (as was the 8-pack one year ago)... but this is the fourth time I’ve tried to find my iPad today and the Tile app continues to tell me it’s out of range, until I find it under a pile of laundry/in my file cabinet/or on the seat of a chair we never use, pushed under the table. Yea. Go Tile. So good at letting me know my iPad has been found the second it’s in my hands. I’m in the same boat I was pre-Tile... only irritated by the many other things which would have been far more helpful in our lives. I’m off to resume the Day’s Search #4...

No option to disable calling iPhone

Please please please add the ability to disable the function that allows tile’s to ping the phone. I can’t count the number of times my keys and wallet have called my phone on accident and I have only been a customer for 2 months.

always precise and can come in handy if you have many of them. You could use them for a purse just super glue it to the inside or sumthing and also you’re bookbag or your car even lol it’s endless

App is good. Tiles are junk

I have 8 tiles. I’ve used the slim, sport, and original. The speaker that help you find them is seriously flaud. They randomly stop working. I’ve had the sport for 3months it failed. One of the slims stopped making noise after 5 months. One of my originals was bad out of the box. There is other brands that do similar things. I’ll be switching. Great idea and the old version (few years ago) worked great. New version simply fail too much 3 out of 8.

I bought tile after losing my $275 key to our new vehicle. Found the key, but certainly wanted a tracker. Tile saves the last location that it pinged your phone, so not handy with finding a lost item in your vehicle. TILE will beep when you are trying to locate your item. But if you are not close enough to hear, that's useless. I saw another device that SHOWS how close you are to your item on the app. That is handy for when a sound isn't audible. 5 stars if tile adds the "distance to item" feature!

I like Tile in concept and have used it for a couple of years, but lately the app has been killing my phone battery. It's at the point where I just don't lose my items frequently enough to justify the battery drain so the app has to go.

My wife lost her keys but with the Tile app I was able to get a reading between the car and house. I made the tile ping and it led me to her keys. They were in the bottom of a bucket, covered with leaves she had picked up. A few hours later I would have dumped them into the yard waste bin and they would have never been found.

Love the product, but the app keeps crashing

This product works great for me, especially since I tend to lose my keys often. The only problem is that recently, my app won't open and keeps crashing. This makes the product useless and not much help at all. Please fix!

No notifications???

Ok. I purchased this tile to help me keep track of things I may leave behind when I leave the house. Unfortunately, this app doesn't give notifications to tell me that the tile is losing the signal from the phone, which would be great. That's what I thought this tile app would do, but it doesn't. May not be ideal for everyone, but I'd like to know I'm leaving something behind... not realize I've left it behind and simply use this app to find it.

I have been using Tile for two years without any problems. I recently upgraded to the Tile Mate. I am unable to use my Tile. I can physically see my keys while my Tile is saying it’s nearby yet there is no sound. I am constantly losing my keys and depend on my Tile. I am very disappointed with my recent purchase as it is useless to me. I will not be purchasing another.
