Dangerous

coco2698

This app can’t be turned off. Even if set to do not disturb, messages that can be critical still go through and the sender thinks the physician has gotten the message. It would be very nice if it could be shut off.

Not loud enough

Bethechange044

I don’t think the notifications are loud enough, and wish they could repeat notifications every couple of minutes incase they are not heard.

Deleting Messages

twrightslp

I like to keep a tidy list of messages, and prefer not to keep every conversation I’ve ever had in the list. Not the text in the conversation itself, as that automatically deletes, the the person with whom I was speaking. I delete the conversation, several times, and it returns, seemingly randomly, to my list. Once I delete a message, I would like it to be gone forever. Please fix for 5 stars!

Need to set hours for notifications

user75268

Give users the option to set ‘silent’ times for those who aren’t needed 24/7

Watch support

Duluth5

On the phone, it works well. However, on the iPhone, it is horrible. Messages do not show on time. It gets stuck frequently. Also messages do not clear as “read” if seen on watch.

Priority page siren

joekroe

If you are sent a priority page there is no option to control volume or the tone. Middle of the night pages are a sleep shattering horror. Suggested to company long ago to let users control the tone, repeat frequency and volume of priority pages. No changes.

Holy Notifications Batman!!

Gabbymay

A notification every 2 minutes per message is complete over kill! I realize I can mute messages, but I don’t always want to do that, especially if I’m waiting for a reply from a doctor. Sometimes I’m with a patient and can’t reply right away. Notifications every two minutes is distracting when I’m trying to deliver patient care and is beginning to generate alarm fatigue causing me to ignore all the notifications and therefore miss messages, defeating the purpose of the whole process. Not having the ability to choose how many notifications one gets, like every other app on Apple devices, is not ok. I get two notifications max per message with all other messaging apps which is more than enough to get my attention. Please fix this so that I actually want to use your app, because right now I dread having to message someone on it.

iOS version not reliable

Chocogal2602!

I am getting alerts but need to log on to desktop to view messages. Very frustrating and time consuming. The engineering team has not fixed it for 15 hours

Confusing

Userx44

All new messages are on backwards.

Too many issues

Ambi Intake Co

This past week has been awful dealing with this app and IPhones. The messages are so unorganized and messages are coming in so late. Hopefully the update will work. Or I’m talking to our admins about switching to something else.
