Reliable

GuyIceClimber

Have tried several other messaging apps and this one is the easiest to use and by far the most reliable. Use it constantly.

Pretty solid app

Our hospital has been using TigerText for over a year now and they've made some good improvements. The earlier versions were decent, but lately it's gotten easier to use. I did notice that they've added a green dot next to people's names if they're available, which is really helpful for our unit. Overall I like this app a lot, though one area I wish they would improve is the alert sounds.

Communication at its best!

Reliable, quick, intuitive! Say to day tasks are easier with this app! Finally can get a hold of my physicians??

Unreliable updates, slow with fixes

WadeLovell

The August 12, 2015 update is the fourth to create a total disruption of service. The first two resulted in complete data and contact losses. I don't know why TigerText doesn't do a better job of testing. NOT SUITABLE FOR WORK.

Needs more user flexibility

I current utilize this program via an answering service manager for after hours coverage. There are not sufficient end user features to control notifications, alerts, associated text messages. This program kills any battery you may have.

Recent update

The recent update, with IOS 10 also is a bit buggy. The sent part of conversations do not expire on senders phone.
