Needs CarPlay compatibility

My hospital mandates the use of TigerConnect. Unfortunately the system does not work with CarPlay. As a result, you either end up having to ignore the message or text and drive. The developer really needs to work to get the app CarPlay compatible.

Please fix the push notifications

The app was working just fine up until a few weeks ago with the latest update. Now push notifications are incessant, persistent, aggressive and nagging to be addressed every single minute. Go back to the previous push notification system, have options for how often if any repeat notices.

Never ending notifications/Missed notifications

Keeps sending notifications even after the message has been read. Ironically, it sporadically doesn’t ring to notify text arrival. This is really stressful overnight on call ever since my hospital replaced pagers with tigertext. I keep waking up to check if I’ve missed a page.

Good but has bugs

Used to be great. Recent update has everyone receiving duplicate notifications. Urgent saying we have unread messages when we don’t.

New update

The new update has the app continually going off and showing there are two unread messages. I work in a cath lab and all the apps in our area show the same thing.

This was our 3rd try at an EHR and as equally dissapointing as the others. Overpriced for what it is.

I love this app! We relied sooo heavily on phone tag and emails and texting without info but this helped everything.

Would appreciate it if the app followed the iPhone dark mode setting! I’m sure others would also enjoy not being blinded by an sudden late night/early morning text.

Can’t keep up with IOS - updates are delayed

Tiger ...loses to IOS

App generally works fine with an annoying feature that app beeps constantly until you check message - can’t adjust the reminder. Have had major issues with Tigertext not working well after IOS update until Tigertext updates their software. All of my other apps keep working without an issue. I am not sure how come Tigertext can’t keep up with IOS updates

Extremely Unreliable

We used TC in our hospital, and the reliability was a huge issue. In healthcare, it can be the difference between life and death for patients. We will never use TC again. The staff was also not very helpful.
