When I try to checkout on the app. The app crashes

I purchased tickets to a broadway show a month in advance and spent almost $1000. I was given a date, 2 days before the show when I was supposed to receive the e-tickets. They never arrived. I said I wanted a refund but was repeatedly told “no”. I was not about to get on a plane to NYC without tickets and continued to press for a refund. At no point did I receive an apology for the company’s failure to provide tickets on the day I was promised. Only after much persistence, a voicemail, an email and a long hold and speaking to a manager, was I given a refund. I ended up going to stubhub, paying hundreds more to get tickets, but at least they were delivered. Buyer beware!!!! I had a horrible experience and will always use stubhub in the future.

I’ve tried for 3 days, reinstalled a couple times and when I “purchase” it just closes the app! Bothersome. Good prices without the fees though, hope it starts working better.

Nobody working customer support line 7 pm on a Thursday, can't use mobile tickets, literally couldn't get into Cubs game after spending 120 bucks on this app. Never been so frustrated in my life.

Great experiences but E-ticket scanner needs to be ready ASAP

I was glad I printed my e-ticket to my NJ Devils vs TBay Lightning game. In the past I had no problems with the e-scan. But the e-scan never uploaded on my phone the day of the game, hence why I printed the ticket.

I ordered 4 nba tickets but I only received 1 ticket! Worse is the seats are not exactly the same seat I booked! I won’t buy from this fraud again unless they resolve the problem they created asap! It’s a mess! The customer services are also horrible, they do not answer calls and do not respond thru emails!

Went to purchase the tickets and the app kept crashing. Almost missed the game but SeatGeek came through last minute. Love the idea behind this app, but it’s only as good as its delivery, which failed. Not dependable. Look elsewhere.

I have used many ticket services in the past. It got so bad with add-ons. This is awesome that I just have to pay the price listed clearly. I keep coming back as I have found their selection plentiful and very competitive. 2 thumbs up for this way to find tickets.
