I bought tickets to see Santana at SPAC IN Saratoga on August 23 but the tickets sent were for a show on July 6. I didn’t notice and I was not able to get into the show. I can’t believe this happened.
Disappointed in Bossier City
There was an awful person seated in front of us, who was drunk and belligerent. We made a complaint to security, they did nothing. This drunk woman stood up throughout the entire concert, blocking our view; spilling drinks on people, falling on people, cursing, dancing like she was at a hip hop concert. It was the most rude display of human behavior I have ever witnessed. Finally, someone said something to her, she turned around, started cursing and spitting on people. When the cops showed up, she lied about someone pulling her hair, so we got pulled out of the concert to be questioned. I feel that if they had taken our concerns into account in the first place, the situation would not have escalated and the decent patrons could have enjoyed the concert. Instead multiple people had their night ruined and ended up leaving because they wouldn’t address an overly intoxicated person. Very disappointing.

Why do they have so many 5 star ratings but if you read them they are awful? Won’t use

I bought a ticket to a Rangers vs LA Angels game -front row just off home plate great deal (which is easy to do if you don’t have to have the ticket). Drove 3.5 hours to Dallas, bought a parking space enroute during a stop for gas. I noticed when I parked I had multiple parking passes. I got to the front gate -NO TICKET!! TickPick never tried to notify me. When I called TickPicks I discovered I had purchased 30...THIRTY parking spaces for $330. They said I had intentionally bought 30. All I did was select a lot and click purchase. So apparently default is 30!!!! I spent over 30 minutes arguing with a supervisor while standing outside the stadium trying to get them to give me a refund!! So a total 7 hours on the road, No great seat...no seat at all, No ball game, huge fight with customer service and an enormous headache-all thanks to TickPick. NEVER AGAIN!!! I would have been better off with a SCALPER!
