Can’t connect either automatically or manually

I loved this app for the first five minutes it worked. Now it always says it can’t find the TCL Roku TV that is only about 8 months old. I tried multiple phones. I tried using only 5gHz then back to 2.4gHz. I’ve tried the shutdown of the modem, router, and tv etc etc etc. I’m pretty techie but this has beat me. It must be the TV since I’ve tried old iPhones and new iPads as well. I really wanted the remote sound feature the most. Oh well. The TV is nice but this lack of functionality has been disappointing- have to go back to my Apple TV with Bluetooth sound support.
Needs ease of use

In general, I love my Roku tv. However, the ease of use is terrible. It is difficult to find the different shows you would like to watch. The new voice command is horrible. I can’t even get a single word out before it instructs me to start over. So frustrating.

I lost my remote somewhere like it vanished and when I found out roku had an app that lets you use your phone as a remote I was blown away I love it.
No iPad version? No screen rotation?

It’s a great app but it feels dated. When will it be updated to support iPad natively? Or support screen rotation? At home I am almost exclusively on my iPadPro and this app feels really old. If it supported native iPad resolution and did rotation like every other respectable app it would be great! Please Roku get on board with the times. I have two Roku3s at home and everyone in the family exclusively uses them. I would love to get the next Roku player but the poor iOS tablet support makes me wonder if I should consider Apple TV for our next streaming device.

My headphones do not work with the app. All of my other headphones work with the app, except for my really good headphones. I would be able to solve this problem if you guys could please publish an iPad version of this app.
Never connects to my WiFi

This app worked perfectly for months, until one day it just decided not to connect to my WiFi anymore. FIX IT.

I love my Roku TCL TV. However, the remote did not come with a headphone jack. I had hoped to use this app for private listening. Unfortunately the app NEVER works. It tells me that my TV must be in eco mode. I’ve changed settings to try to get this to work, but no luck.
