Just plain awful

This app is terrible, it NEVER works... I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times along with other things to see if I can fix the problem but nothing helps.

Overall great - Choppy Private Listening

I’ve got v. 4.2.3.4 installed (latest version as of 2/15/18). Overall, it works well with one major issue: private listening is extremely choppy. I have gone to Roku’s support page and followed all of their advice on correcting the problem. I have high speed internet (measured between 130-150 Mbps download speed) and my WiFi is not sharing with any active devices. If Roku, or anyone else, has any advice to correct the issue, that would be great. Otherwise, Roku needs to deal with this issue in order to get five stars from me.

Love, love, love this app. I can control the TV without having to search the house to find where the original remote was last put—this is fabulous! I also live being able to use the keyboard on my phone rather than painstakingly typing on the TV screen, one slow character at a time. Very happy with this app!

I really like the app but for some reason it won’t update the remote it says it’s updated but it looks different(way less buttons then in the pic)
Can’t prevent auto lock

If you don’t want your phone to auto lock just go to your phone control settings and turn off auto lock before you start using the ap.

I like the app primarily to allow me to listen via headphones. However too often it states it cannot detect my Roku stick on the network but the stick is working just fine. If this were not an issue I would rate it higher.
