This app works only for like five minutes and then it starts saying that the tv is off (even if it’s clearly on) and say the tv is on eco mode which doesn’t even tell me what that is and it’s just bad

When I try to use my Bluetooth headphones through the app it’s sometimes glitchy. I wasn’t able to connect at first. Now that I can it’ll cut out out a little bit. Overall good remote though. Handy when I lose mine.
The private streaming never works

Just as the title says, the private audio stream in the app doesn't work and crashes the app. And the is no freaking support! After jumping backwards through flaming hoops, I finally was able to talk to a actual human for the first time in 3 years, and they still refused to help me. This is garbage!

Not only is the app a very easy to use remote, you can also search for a show or movie and see which streaming channel/app has it and how much it costs! 10/10 amazing feature. This feature could be its own app! Love it.
Why does a third party app work better?

Constantly crashes, disconnects, buttons disappear from remote, and the list keeps going. It’s been like this since I got my TV in 2017. I ended up getting a third party app that never has issues. How is it that they can have it working when the official app can not for years on end?

It was so handy when I lost my remote when I lost my remote I did not know what To do because I did not know this app existed but then my freind told me about it so I downloaded it and then is was so handy thanks roku

The app is horrible. It will intermittently stop working so you have to delete & download it again— multiple times. Also the sound and playback will get out of sync on all channels, very frustrating!!

We have a Ruku TV and if ur remote dose NOT have voice thing then this is the BEST app ever if you have a Ruku TV, you can use airplay to search shows, movies and cartoons, and u can use ur phone and iPad for the online remote!
