The in-app guided meditation is great, and I love that I can set my own custom mediation. The meditations you can purchase through the app are from amazing professionals—I go back to these again and again. This app has helped me so much.

Deceptive premium setup. Don’t sign up for free trial

I thought I was signing in to avoid a charge at end of free trial but when I signed in I was automatically charged for premium. Sanding am ineligible for refund even though I just signed in 15 minutes ago. This is a rip-off. Please don’t repeat my mistake. Theses people are con artists who increase stress with their schemes to get your money.

The variety and features are wonderful. The only feature I don’t get here is one to “pick your emotion” and get suggested meditations. But that’s not hard at all to track down in this layout! Great variety of people in this app too.
