Incredible resource, buggy app

This app is incredibly helpful with wedding planning. It’s an amazing resource for inspiration, planning checklist and timeline, and vendor identification/messaging. My only complaint is that it is a really buggy app! It freezes when I’m using it, so I have to close it and reopen it a bunch of times before it will work again. Also, in some places it’s not intuitive - I get lost in the browse pages when trying to find my favorited vendors. Credit where credit is due - I wouldn’t have gotten this far without it. But better quality would get it the last star!
Would be a great app if it worked half the time

More often than not the app has trouble loading and freezes up. I have to restart it constantly or just log onto my computer. It’s really irritating if you’re not home though!
Improve the registry

I love this app! I just might have to switch to Zola for the user friendly registry feature. I want to be able to add items from any store and have it be user friendly. Unfortunately the Knot limits your stores and doesn’t make it easy to add items.

Despite me specifying multiple times where our wedding/reception would be, the app and the virtual assistant continued to show/contact venues several hundred miles away and none in the area.

I don’t understand why you have to have the app to see the guest list. Seems like a ploy for more downloads. Not everyone wants the app…

I didn’t need to hire a wedding planner because of this app. I had NO IDEA what I was doing and this app was a lifesaver. It keeps your guest list and RSVP’s organized, it has a checklist starting at day one up until the wedding day with every task you could think of. The budgeter tool was also really helpful to help us keep track of spending and deposits we already put down. And they help you create your own free wedding website where guests can view your registry and RSVP/ refer to any info about your wedding. If you’re planning your wedding whether you have a planner or not I highly recommend this app to keep you organized.
