Technical errors

I really love this app but I experienced technical errors with every single one of the photos I chose for my wedding party participants. It would either show up blank or be stretched and not even show their faces. I would crop it and approve it and the app did something completely different, I have logged in and logged out, trying to troubleshoot the issue but now half of my wedding party can’t have photos because the app is not working correctly.

My fiancé and I have been long distance for our whole engagement due to military and Covid. The knot has made our planning SO EASY! It has been so stress free. I love the time line and checklist that the knot offers! It really helps to not miss a single detail. I also love that our guests can come straight to our website and RSVP.
