I have used the Honest products from baby to household and now personally for almost 5 years now and have been nothing, but happy. Any issues they resolve immediately and they continue to always impress me. They are a company that cares about their consumer and it shows! Would recommend 110%!

I love using this app. It’s so much more convenient than running to the store for diapers. You can change the shipping date anytime and pick the diapers you want. I highly recommend pre-ordering diapers. It’s even cost effective, I spent just about the same as if I would by from the store. I also love these diapers. The hold up pretty good. My daughter has never had any sort of rash or issue while using these diapers. Happy baby, happy mommy!

Love that when I notice I’m out of an item I can simply login and order from my phone. No need to set a reminder it’s right with me. Love this new option!

The app is great for finding products and seeing what is in stock. I do get a diaper bundle. Absolutely love the diapers and wipes! Best diapers for my daughters sensitive rear end. I went into the app and updated my ratio of diapers and training pant as my daughter is potty training. I went in a few days later to update diaper patterns and found out none of my changes saved. Redid everything and made sure it saved, just in case the first error was mine. Now the order has shipped...again with the wrong ratio of diapers and training pants. I love The Honest products, but I am getting tired of always checking things and items being out of stock, or having to deal with incomplete or wrong shipments. I just really want the app to work and the company to get their stuff figured out. I stopped the shipments for almost a year, but the bundle savings compared to store prices doesn’t compare. The diaper bundle is awesome, but poor service doesn’t make me want to keep the bundle. Maybe I will try some other store training pants for ones that will be ok for sensitive skin. I just don’t have time to put in to check my orders just to have to return everything. It ends up costing me too much time in the end.

I really dislike this app, there a ton of glitches and issues that make editing bundles a real pain. I use this service for convenience but the app is making this a less convenient experience

We’ve been using Honest diapers and wipes for almost two years. I love the convenience of having them shipped to me. I’ve never had a problem with the quality of diapers or wipes. The app can be glitchy at times but if it is, I check back later or use my PC.
