Love this app, easy to use, set-up bundles, but my one issue is that you can’t delete bundles on it. Other than that, it’s one of the best!!!

This app is so user friendly, and to be honest, if there wasn't an app, I probably wouldn't have tried their products. I love the diapers and wipes monthly bundles!

I don’t understand why the Honest app has not been updated since it was created! It’s virtually useless as it is, at least if you want to use it to update your bundle preferences. You can open your bundle and change the date and frequency, but if you want to change the diaper sizes or patterns or swap with training pants, it shows all of your changes, but then there is absolutely no way to save it. There is no “save” or “done” or “submit” button on the entire page. There is only the back arrow, which reverts back to your previous preferences. On the page to change your shipping frequency and the name of your bundle, the back button actually does save your changes. This is not the case when changing the contents of the bundle. Why has this not been fixed?! I have mentioned it several times to customer support over the phone.

I’m so thankful for this company and love that this app has always been so easy and helpful! My son was born in late January of 2015, and with Living in Michigan that is a cold snowy time... so having a newborn during at that time and not to mention some really crazy postpartum in the weeks and months to follow, being able to order most everything I needed from a company I could trust and have it delivered to our door was such a HUGE HUGE help to me! Then continuing from there I’ve been able to try many of products from cleaning to makeup and have been so thrilled with so many things. There hasn’t been much I’ve not been in love with, but if there has ever been a concern or a question their customer service staff is always there to help and make things right! I’ve been so pleased and recommend this company and their bundles to every Mom I know!

We use these diapers bc I don't want my kids rubbing up on bleach and other chemicals allllll day everyday. And I live the cute prints :) It was only recently that I started using the app and it's a game changer! Even easier than ordering from the site... and I can pop in any time to add or change something. YAY!

I love my honest company products! As an IVF Mom, I started using the honest company bath products to help with egg quality during my treatments, now I could never go back to all the chemically enhanced products. This was my 7th round of IVF and my first with all these clean products, it was also my best round of them all! It gives me peace of mind to know that throughout my pregnancy, I will only use clean products in my daily life. I plan to continue using the honest company for baby as well! The app is super user friendly and lets me easily switch up my bundle before shipment!

Most things about the app are great like ordering patterns, sizes and shipping fulfillment is fast. I’d like to change the ease of swapping sizes because its a bit confusing now. The big reason that I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because the app says when the next shipment is scheduled and when the last one was delivered, but shipments in progress kind of disappear from the system when they are in transit. This has caused me a lot if stress in the past because I’ll log in thinking that I’m going to run out changing my shipment day to be asap, only to find that a shipment was already on its way. I’ve gotten double orders several times. luckily the company will exchange diapers at no charge for a different size, but its the hassle of it all having to call snd drop off a box all the while having a newborn and a toddler. Time and mental space are precious!
