Just one thing that I really wish was fixed

I really hate not being able to note that I want 2packs of a certain style of diaper. Other than that, the app works great! Very easy to use and navigate.

Foster Parents
We are foster parents and we use nothing but the Honest brand diapers on our kiddos. We have seen extremely bad diaper rashes heal super fast. The only thing that I wish for is that the Honest Company would have bigger sizes in the Pull-ups. These sweet little kiddos go through a lot of trauma and it's nice to have the right size of Pull-ups ready for them to use. There is nothing worse than a child trying to squeeze into a tight one and have to sleep in it when they are already scared and nervous. Please get bigger sizes of Pull-ups!!!!!
Great product, poor app

This is a great product! I’ve been purchasing for a year. But app is horrible. Rather than changing the product which has fewer diapers now, I respectfully suggest that Honest spends some money on this app. Inevitably I have to call the company, (which closes @4:00pm pacific time) and sit on hold (40 min last time.) I have a valid cc, but it repeatedly denied it on the app. In part, Honest is a matter of convenience, so please make online ordering simple for busy Moms!

Diapers made easy

I know that this app has a lot more than diapers, but I love honest’s diapers and wipes and this app makes ordering them a breeze. While honest is a little pricier than some other natural diapers, it’s is totally worth it to me in the quality of the product and easy of use of this app. Also, when I accidentally ordered the wrong size of diaper once, I called and they resolved it for me immediately. Love me some Honest!

After waiting for over an hour and a half on hold to speak with someone in customer service I hung up. This has happen 5 different times. I needed to cancel subscription because baby no longer lives in USA. You can’t cancel online and they don’t answer calls. I am so disgusted that I don’t even want anyone to buy this brand. Horrible customer service. I was not able to cancel subscription and I received an unwanted order in a dirty, broken box. Shame on this company.

When my baby outgrew his cloth diapers I relied on the honest company! These are an affordable alternative to cloth and even when he was in cloth I ALWAYS placed him in the overnight diapers from Honest because they kept him dry with NO LEAKS! I’ve also received so many compliments about how cute his diapers are!! But with confidence!!!!
