I used the app for formula for about 6 months and always had my items delivered without any problems. Once I needed to cancel my subscription after my daughter started cows milk, it was easy and fast. I’ve now restarted a subscription for diapers this time and have had no problems whatsoever!

Long Processing Times

It’s hard for me to appreciate the bundle option because when you do try to order your diapers/stuff there’s a huge processing time between placing your order and when it actually ships. For example I placed my order on August 4th, was instructed items would shop in August 6th, but low and behold I got the shipping notification on August 10th, and here we are August 12th with no items. Also, the Bundle feature is confusing because the “last ship date” doesn’t update even after you order your bundle. I have to figure it out through my email. Why have an app if I have to do it through email? Adjusting your order to contain multiple diaper sizes is much harder than it needs to be. I want to like this option but it needs improvement.

I love these products. I’m allergic to a lot of cleaning products and detergents. I haven’t used fabric softeners in years because I always get rashes. I’ve been using the honest detergents and cleaning products for months and love them. I started using the fabric softeners about 3 months ago and no rashes.

Every time I use this app it freezes and freezes my phone. The content is good but it has some bugs that need to be fixed.

I’ve had subscription from day one! I’d hate to cancel but my items are always out of stock!! They send what’s left of my order, but I would like a full order. Just once!!

I started out with just the trial and then ordered my bundle right before I had my son. That was a 17 months ago. The wipes and diapers are so great that I won’t use anything other than this. I made a great choice in diapers plus he always has the cutest designs. Overall I rate the Honest Co a 10 and will recommend them to anyone. Not to forget about their other products such as the nipple balm was excellent while I was breastfeeding, the cleaning supplies and also the laundry tabs were superb as well.
