Laser focus for my short attention span

El Maestro!

I’ve always struggled to find anything at HD - I suppose because of its vast size and variety. Even asking for directions from an employee (if I could find one) to find a specific item has been disappointing and frustrating for me. But today for the first time I was able to find the specific item I was looking for on my first try and in very little time by using the map in this HD app - just like GPS. Amazing and about time! I highly recommend this app!

Confused and needs to be updated

High Tide

I needed 2 items. Both items were not in the location noted by the app. In one case the the store clerk didn’t even know where aisle 56 was in colonia NJ #981. And that’s because the aisle didn’t even exist. And when I did find the product , it wasn’t in an aisle but at the front of the store. And aisle 56 is not listed on the map.

Horrible Application

I have had to reset my password three times. I can only use the app in landscape mode on my iPad. Changing account information takes an act of the gods. When clearing items from a list they still continue to be in the list. The site does not offer discounts to military...Lowe's website and apps do. Hence why I'm a bigger user of Lowe's.

More Products Than In A store

Easy to navigate. Find things not available in store and pick them up for free in store. Easy to shop from bed when you remember you need it. Buy it and pick it up later!

Landscape format and fixed sidebar makes for awkward shopping

AnalystJoe

The mobile iOS app is hard to navigate because landscape mode may make better presentations (not in this case) but is awkward to use. Also, the sidebar is too narrow to fully see the information there. It is especially tough to look at the rebate center which is clearly make for a full screen viewing, not in a small bar along the side of the screen. I was able to find what I was searching for in an okay fashion and buying it for in-store pickup was straightforward enough. It used to be worse when one app was in opened in landscape mode, all open apps had to be also. At least that is fixed.

Easier than asking for help!

HoondogsRunAmuck

I LOVE the app!! I can research what I need for a project, add items to my shopping list and head to the store. Once I’m there, I open the list, locate where the items are in the store and that’s it! I’ve used it for everything! Ship to store, pick up in store, to locate items in other stores if not available at my regular store. Very handy and I don’t need to ask for help.

Search term algorithms need work

Occum's Razor

Searched on the LiftMaster part number, not knowing it is now a Chamberlain court number. Took a little effort to on refine my search to remote control garage door opener’s. But I got there.
