Every time I have tried to use this app besides the first time it’s always down and having glitches. It shouldn’t be hard for them to create a decent app these days.
OK but has some obvious problems

I have used call ahead for years and know the it is not a reservation. When you call a restaurant they ask what time will you arrive. It can be an hour later and they put you on the wait list starting an hour later. The app does not give you that option, it showed a 0-10 minute wait at 1pm and asked if I wanted on the wait list. It the said I would be removed if late by 15 minutes. It takes me 45 minutes to drive there, it was impossible to select the time to arrive and get on the wait list starting at 2. The app is clearly different from the phone in call ahead and what the in house system allows. The customer experience with the app should be the same as a phone call. .
Please sync with Apple Pay

Works well enough. For bill payment I would prefer that the app synced with Apple Pay and just got my card info from that as opposed to entering my card info to be stored in this app.

Made an online order but the restaurant told me they never received it. Texas lost my business I’ll be going to longhorn from now on.
Paying Bill Requires a Profile

I would be very interested in scanning my check to use my phone to Apple Pay my bill. It would save me and my waitress time. But, the app requires me to create a profile with Texas Roadhouse to pay my bill. This is a non-starter, so the app is useless to me.

The BEST APP, ever today 5/13/2018 Mothers Day It was a very busy day.... I used the App it said 30-40 minutes wait and arrive 15minutes early.. I was provided my confirmation # when I arrived I provided my confirmation# and was seated in less then 10 minutes... Chesapeake, Va.
