No call ahead seating or other functions

The only functions that work at any of the stores near us is "view menu" and "call store". Useless. Waste of time to download.

Just used the app for the first time. Technically it works great. It's intuitive and user friendly. One MAJOR flaw though. In order to redeem rewards coupons you have to HAND OVER YOUR PHONE to the wait staff who disappear with it for 10 minutes in a crowded restaurant. With the rise in ID theft and credit card skimmers, imagine the damage a malicious or dishonest person could do with an unlocked iPhone for 10 minutes. This risk is UNACCEPTABLE and not worth it just to save a few bucks. Real shame too because Texas Roadhouse is my all time favorite restaurant. The restaurant needs to get portable scanners so bar code can be scanned at the table.

Doesn't work for call ahead seating

Went through process to get it set up and then when trying to use it I'm informed that "call ahead seating" is "coming soon"...

Trash! Haven't found a Texas Roadhouse that uses it

I live In Indianapolis and I haven't found one Texas Roadhouse that uses this APP (been to 3 of them).

I made a party for two and put my name email and phone number in. It brought me back to the home screen. Showed up and had to wait 30mins. Great app, couldnt ask for more

I’ve installed this app twice, & have been disappointed both times. It doesn’t give you a number, virtual reward card, or anything. We come to this restaurant fairly frequently, so I’d like to build rewards, but I can’t find a way to do that with this app! It’s so frustrating! I see absolutely no reason to have this app on my phone, taking up space.

The wait times are wildly inaccurate

The primary feature of this app doesn’t work. The people at the store told us at the refresh time is just plain off. We’ve observed 100% inaccuracy several times.
