Pretty good!

Great app, mostly, but as others have said, having a charge percentage would be a great idea. Currently I’m using a third party app which allows that (TezLab). I noticed the widget sometimes doesn’t refresh correctly, which then makes it a bit pointless when the app needs to be opened anyway. Today my widget told me I had a Model S with a dead battery, although I have a model Y with a fully charged battery. Apple Watch support would make this incredible. Also noticed that in a few cases (this is a small bug) the X appears twice, overlapping itself (at least on the iPhone 11 Pro). This happens in the schedule service screen, upgrade screen, and a few others. Overall, great job so far!

Horrible compared to SolarCity App

Tesla’s app hardly has any data. I can’t see how each inverter is producing energy. The MySolarCity app would display what each of my 3 inverters were producing. Lifetime use is gone. This app fails it’s customers. Tesla needs to import all the functionality from the MySolarCity app ASAP. I HATE being in the dark as to how my system is running an not seeing all the information I use to be able to analyze. I can’t see if the system is not reporting like I use to, to spot a problem.
Stale app growing hair

NO material improvements or enhancements in a LONG time. Many common threads with shortfalls and enhancements required. Is Musk paying attention? DYING with this stale app...
Not Powerwall friendly

I use this app to monitor our powerwall backup system. Most of the options and functions work OK but none of the status graphs will update on page pull down, you have to load either yesterday’s stats then switch back or in the case of grid status switch to the weekly status page then back to daily to get it to update. How hard is it to get the status to refresh to current levels when I open the page.
Error when trying to check existing service schedule

I get errors when I try to review my service schedule! It’s been like this for few days now. When I tried calling tesla seems like there is no support for the app! A dedicated phone line for mobile app issues would be great. I’ll update my review once I get my issue fixed.
Is this really an app?

All it has is one button that takes you to the support page on the web. It does nothing else. What am I missing?
Cars charge on their own and cannot stop

I have reached out to Tesla that the cars will start charging at home without being told to and cannot stop it via the app nor the car itself. They told me to delete the app and reboot the car. This happens on two separate phone and tablets as well as two platforms(Apple/Android). It also happens on four separate cars, one of which isn’t even linked to my account. When I told them this, they just stopped responding. It’s not safe and not ok that they won’t respond and not fix it. This has happened through several car AND phone updates. Hopefully this review brings more light to this unsafe situation.
