This is stupid. Who invented this Sometimes i need to close my garage from afar. Why would you say “move closer to your vehicle”? What’s the purpose of the feature then?

This is the worst solar company I know. They’re terrible at communicating in a proper time fashion. They know when you’re system doesn’t work, may or may not let the client know. I’m waiting for a technician to call me or come over. If you’re town has a power out your system could shut down. It’s suppose to automatically go back on, but Tesla’s system is malfunctions, and they don’t respond until you’ve paid high electric bills to Eversource. Solar City was great until Tesla took over their company. If I had known this would happen I’d never have gotten solar panels. I feel like love been made a fool of.

I really expected this app to have more functionality and to offer more options for customization. Also... Nothing for the Apple Watch??? Lastly, they need to make it work with Siri.

Unable to wake car on iPhone 12

When using iPhone 12 Pro on cellular 5G the car will not wake from sleep. If the car is already awake it connects fine. If the car is asleep it results in a network timeout. On WiFi it works perfectly. I have confirmed the cellular data setting is on for the Tesla app. There is no Tesla app support available it seems to report this.

Good minor improvements needed to make it great

Overall good app. A few requests though, Show powerwall charge percentage on the power flow screen like on Android. Have an input to select date/week/time frame when looking backwards (so to see a day’s data I don’t have to click it 200 times). Support multiple peak and off peak time periods for ToU users.

App has serious issues connecting to car via cellular data (AT&T). It’s really hot or miss. I thought it was the whole phone at first but other apps and processes work fine which leads to the Tesla App itself. Really inconvenient bug that needs to be fixed ASAP. Be sure to carry your key card because the app as it stands right now is very unreliable and Tesla App support is non-existent.

It worked alright before the latest update and now it won’t communicate with my equipment. I wrote an email to support and have not received a reply in 2 weeks.

Good, but could use some features

The app needs Bluetooth app communication with car, vital for areas without cellular service. Also, add granular controls to climate control so as to allow the user turn the A/C on or off, control the fan speed and allow air flow control with outside air or recirculation mode.

iPhone 12 ATT Connectivity Problem

Please address the problem that iPhone 12 (5G) will not connect to car/connection times out! Only occurs on the ATT network and not on WiFi. Really really annoying. Only way to make it connect is to force the phone into airplane mode and then try reconnecting to network.
