It’s a great app/site for buying/appraising cards. The addition of “latest sales” is amazing. The scanning tool is incredibly useful for pokemon (although it has a bit of trouble with reverse holos/full arts). There are 3 QOL improvements I can think of. 1) A search bar in the collection tab. Having to always sort by alphabetical can get a little annoying. 2) Labeling the card version in “Latest sales.”There is currently no way to differentiate between different printings in the latest sales (1st edition, holofoil, etc) which can make appraising some cards a little difficult. 3) Pokémon specific: a filter for world championship cards. Anyways, love the site, awesome job tcgplayer team.

The scanner is so hard to use I wish it worked better so I am going to delete the app and never ever get it again I wish that they would ban this app I just hate it

I use this app everyday as it part of my job so my only expectation is that the app function, but when you open the app you get unrecognizable layout. It’s hard to explain but usually you get the same layout as the website but it’s so zoomed in that the arrows used to go back and forth are so zoomed in a pixel is the size of your screen. Hopefully they fix this soon.

This app could be so much better if they could get the scanner to work. It is so infuriatingly frustrating. It will have you skating the edge of a razor to snapping.

One thing I don’t like about it is when I’m browsing for cards it shows a price available and when I’m there the price that showed its 3 to 5 times that its shown in the “ as low as” price, other thing is when I’m trying to add to cart sometimes it doesn’t register and I have to press it over and over again, finally I use this app on my IPad if it posible to have a landscape support would be great since I use a key board and I would love to see this in a new update with this I think it will be perfect.

TCGplayer itself is a good resource but this mobile app is a joke. The store tab opens to an in-app desktop browser instead of a mobile friendly-version, and your collection does not show up in your collection tab upon logging into the app. Sure these are things that could be added later, but why would you launch the app before even these things are included? This app could be great, but it needs a lot of work.

When I first downloaded it it worked amazingly. Since AFR released the scanner no longer works at all for me no matter how many times I uninstall it or mess with settings.

It’s disappointing when you have to scan the same card 5 times to get the right card number corresponding with your card. I have one card that could only be worth $5 but it’ll show a different version worth $50. So what’s the point.
