All of the comments here are 2-3 stars which may have been the case a year ago, but it hasn’t quite been my experience now. The scanning feature is great and fast. Occasionally it doesn’t scan when a card is foil, but in scanning my EDH decks, I only had to manually input about 5 cards of the 99. One grievance is the collection to trade-in button. I scanned in about 20 cards in a collection, hit the “move to trade-in” button, and nothing happened. I think it’s because only a handful of those cards (maybe 10 of them) were able to be traded in. But instead of not moving anything, just cut the cards that don’t work, still move the ones that work.

When scanning, face camera directly up from card and then angle the phone downward to scan it.

I like the app a lot but it’s not letting me scan Pokémon cards if. But I can understand if TCGplayer does not scan Pokémon or have the value

The card scan is so spotty at scanning card it gives me a headache. This app hate Pokémon cards.

So, my buddies love this app, and I would too, But there is no way to move cards from one list to another, unless I just completely missed it, If someone tells me how to do this then it will be a 5 star app

I use this solely to scan my Pokémon cards and it works really well. Initially, it wouldn’t scan at all or it would take forever but once I really focused on the main steps, it’s perfect— 1. Be sure to scan the cards on a white surface, I have the best luck with a sheet of white printer paper. 2. Point camera right above card then slightly slant your camera up and bring camera towards you just a tad. (Don’t be afraid to back up a little, I have gotten cards scanned at about a forearms length.) 3. If this doesn’t work, try scanning the card from each side slowly, once you see the blue square, you know it’s picking up it in that spot. My complaint right now is the Pokémon 25th Anniversary celebration packs have released this pas week and currently, none of these will scan. These are the cards with the Pikachu in the corner of the card art with a 25 on it. Eagerly waiting for the update to correct this as I have over 60 cards waiting to be scanned in!

Terrible if just want to buy

I have had multiple issues with just tying the buy cards in this app and made it impossible after a certain point that I just gave up with this app, use any other app other than this one because you will have a much better chance with being able to buy a 29 dollar card on eBay than a .19 cent card here
